Data comes from the MEL Calculator sheet (one row per MEL key), not work orders. The roster is the latest MEL snapshot; the move log records unit, user unit, and detail doc number changes when each ETIC was ingested.

Per-MEL-key readiness. The MEL is the number of mission-capable assets the unit needs to perform its mission. If NMC ≥ MEL the unit is below. Recall +/- shows loaner vehicles brought in as a band-aid.
Stacked bars = NMC vs FMC. Line = fleet MC%. Honors current filters.
FM&A follow-up for walker-flagged issues. Vehicles not yet checked appear on Fleet list (due / never checked), not here.

VFM/VMS cost recovery: open one accident and one abuse case per asset at a time. Files arrive by email only — each case has separate addresses for damage photos, release letters, estimates, and other documents so attachments are labeled correctly.
At create time we snapshot unit, shop, and make/model from the fleet roster for this case file only. That snapshot does not update if the truck later moves.

Plain-English questions across snapshots, work orders, and meetings — answered with live data.
Tune what's flagged "stale", which MEL keys are critical, and the per-type splits used in the Critical slide. Changes take effect immediately.
Deletes the one report date selected in the Snapshot tab’s date control (⤒ Latest / calendar dropdown) — the same as the red Delete snapshot control there. It removes the workbook and analysis for that day from storage, updates history, and rebuilds work-order and MEL data. This cannot be undone.
Intake follows your Cloudflare Email Routing rule and Worker configuration.
If ALLOWED_SENDERS is * (this repo’s default), any allowed-mailbox sender can trigger a workbook upload — tighten the allowlist in production.
In observability logs, search for etic_workbook_email_received for from, to, and dateKeySource when a file lands.
A WO is considered "stale" when its last remark is older than this many days. Tunable per MEL status so below-MEL keys can be held to a tighter cadence.
Star the MEL keys that belong on the Critical slide. You can also override the TYPE label here so the slide reads "Cranes" instead of the cryptic mgmt-code description.
When a single MEL key actually covers multiple TYPEs (e.g. PT TRACTOR + PT TRAILER + PTR TRAILER under one missile-crew transport key), break it out here with its own MEL targets. Subdivisions appear under their parent MEL key in the Critical slide.
